CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been shipped. To cancel, contact us at [your support email] or [your support phone number] with your order number.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery as per the policy below.

2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags and labels are intact.
  • The product is not damaged due to misuse.

Returns are not accepted for products damaged after delivery due to customer handling, or for customized/made-to-order items, unless the item received is defective or different from what was ordered.

3. How to Request a Return

  • Attach photos of the product if it is damaged or defective.
  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or share the return address with you.

4. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. For UPI/card payments, the amount will reflect as per your bank's processing timelines.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged/defective item).

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof. We will offer a free replacement or full refund, based on availability.
