Shipping policy

The Virasat Crafts offers free shipping on all orders across India, with delivery usually within 7–10 working days.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on every order. There are no hidden delivery charges at checkout.

Payment

We accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Delivery Time

Orders are usually delivered within 7–10 working days from order confirmation. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Remote areas may take a few extra days.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within India only.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email or SMS. You can use them to follow your parcel with our courier partner.

Packaging

Marble is heavy and delicate. Every order is packed with protective material to reduce the risk of damage in transit.

Delays

Delivery may be delayed by courier issues, weather, festivals, strikes or other events outside our control. If your order is late, contact us and we will help you track it.

Address and Delivery Attempts

Please enter your full address, pincode and phone number correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect details. If a parcel returns to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you before arranging re-delivery.

Receiving Your Order

Please check the outer package at the time of delivery. We recommend recording an unboxing video, as it helps us resolve any damage claim quickly. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
